Sandersleben town hall
The town hall in Sandersleben is a monument in the town of Arnstein in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .
Sandersleben is now a district of Arnstein, but was a town until 2010. The place had acquired this privilege at the beginning of the 14th century, a new town privilege was necessary in 1497 after a devastating town fire.
The new town hall was built between 1556 and 1559. This is a typical Renaissance building. The listed town hall of Sandersleben was completely renovated in 1853 and a wing was added. The result was a multifaceted building with different window shapes, frame portals, a flight of stairs, gables and bay windows directly to the west of the church. It is entered in the monument register with the number 094 66003.
