The building Rather Straße 5 is located in Düren district Arnoldsweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia .

According to an inscription, the courtyard is from 1909. It was built as a Spießerhof , after which it is still called Hof Minten today .

The large, four-sided, uniformly designed brick courtyard has farm buildings and gateways on the street side. On the side there is a single-storey five-axis residential building with a late classicist entrance and a large outside staircase . The garments are made of stone . There is a barn in the back .

The building is registered under No. 13/006 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
