Raymond Ghislain Victor Adolphe Marie de Tornaco (born January 15, 1886 in Sassenheim , † January 18, 1960 ) was a Belgian racing driver and the father of Charles de Tornaco .

Career

In 1923 Raymond de Tornaco contested the first 24-hour race of Le Mans together with the Frenchman Paul Gros in a Bignan HP11 Desmo Sport . The duo took third place in the overall standings and won the class for racing cars from 1.5 to 2 liters. In the race of the following year he was again at the start with a Bignan and reached tenth place overall with partner Barthélémy Bruyère . De Tornaco also took part in the first 24-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps in 1924 and finished third overall with briar.
