Raymundo Sabio

Raymundo Sabio MSC (born March 2, 1946 in Tabungan ) is a Filipino clergyman and retired Apostolic Prefect of the Marshall Islands .

Life

Raymundo Sabio joined the congregation of the Sacred Heart Missionaries , made his profession on June 29, 1969 and was ordained a priest on December 28, 1971 .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on December 21, 2007 as Apostolic Prefect of the Marshall Islands. On June 28, 2017, Pope Francis accepted his resignation.
