Raz Degan

Raz Degan ( Hebrew רז דגן; * August 25, 1968 in Kirjat Shmona ) is an Israeli film actor and model .

Life

Raz Degan was born in Kibbutz Sde Nehemiah , a few kilometers from the city of Kirjat Shmona. At the age of 18 he became a soldier in the Israeli army , of which he was a member for three years. In 1989 Degan began working as a model and has been on the catwalk in numerous countries around the world, including Thailand , Australia , France , the United States and Germany . Degan has lived and worked in Italy since the mid-1990s .

He made his film debut in 1994 in Robert Altman's comedy Prêt-à-Porter ; however, it was only a cameo that was not mentioned in the credits . Only in 1996 did he succeed in the fantasy film Princess Alisea at the side of u. a. Anja Kruse , Nicole Grimaudo , Christopher Lee and Jürgen Prochnow his breakthrough as actors. Degan has been known to a broader international audience since 2004 at the latest when he appeared in Oliver Stone's monumental film Alexander Darius III. embodied.

In 2010 Degan took part in the Italian edition of Dancing Stars and Let's Dance .

Raz Degan is single and so far has no children. From 2002 to 2009 he was in a relationship with the Italian actress Paola Barale .
