Princess Alisea (Original title: Sorellina e il principe del sogno ) is a German-Italian fairy tale - TV movie from 1996. The German premiere took place in two parts on 20 and 22 December 1996 Sat.1 .

The young Alisea lives in the forest with her mother and her 5 brothers.
One day the magician Azaret appears and wants to buy Alisea. When her mother refuses, Azaret kidnaps Alisea's brothers. The mother then dies and Alisea sets out to save her brothers. She is said to work as his maid in Azaret's castle and later even marry him in order to give him her youth.
At the same time, the king comes home from the war. He expects to meet his son as a young warrior. However, Demian is more interested in poetry, art and music. For fear of abuse, Demian's mother sends the boy with showmen to protect him from his father.
Alisea and Demian meet on the run and fall in love. However, their romance is short-lived. From then on, the lovers only meet in their dreams.
