Rebecca Eilen Manuel , b. Gilmore (born June 13, 1979 in Sydney ) is a former Australian water diver . She jumped in 3 m artificial and 10 m high diving as well as in 10 m synchronized diving. Her greatest achievement was winning a bronze medal at the Olympics .

Gilmore had her first international adult competition at the 1998 World Cup in Perth . With Phil Tosh she was eighth in the 10 m synchronized jumping. At the Commonwealth Games , she narrowly missed a medal in high diving. She took part in the Olympic Games in her hometown in 2000 and won bronze in the 10-meter synchronized jumping with Loudy Tourky . On the 3-meter board, she also reached 17th place in the semifinals and eleventh place on the 10-m tower in the final. A year later, the duo Gilmore and Tourky reached fifth place at the World Cup in Barcelona . In 2002 Gilmore graduated from Sydney University with a degree in Economics . She still took part in the Commonwealth Games and then ended her active career. Since 2005 she has been working as a trainer for the Perfect 10 Diving association .
