The Law of the International Economy ( RIW ) is a legal journal for all areas of international business law , especially in the area of international tax law .

The magazine is aimed at lawyers , auditors and tax consultants in international companies or law firms as well as employees in public administration or authorities.

Content

The RIW provides information on developments in international business and tax law as well as in related specialist areas such as international trademark and copyright law . In addition to articles, important decisions of the European Court of Justice , the Federal Court of Justice , the Federal Fiscal Court or the Federal Labor Court are printed with guiding principles and with comments in full text .

Authorship and editing

The RIW is mostly written by university professors or specialists from international companies or law firms. The editor-in-chief is Roland Abele.

Release

The RIW appears monthly. It was originally published by Verlag Recht und Wirtschaft GmbH , a publisher belonging to the publishing group Deutscher Fachverlag in Frankfurt am Main, in the 54th year. Since the merger of the publishing house Recht und Wirtschaft with the Deutscher Fachverlag in January 2012, it has now been published by the publishing house itself or, in organizational terms, by the new area of specialized media law and economics . It belongs to the magazine family of the magazine Betriebs-Berater .
