Red Bricks (translated as Red Bricks ) is the name of a four-man rock band from Rosenheim (southern Bavaria).

history

The band was founded in June 2008 by front singer and guitarist Kenta Wohlfahrt and bassist Sebastian Zeitz in the boarding school at Schloss Neubeuen. Guitarist Georg Wisböck and drummer Jakob Schropp joined them later. After the first two EPs in April 2009 ( demo tape 1 ) and November 2009 ( demo tape 2 ), Jakob Schropp left the band to devote himself to his studies. He was replaced by Xaver Mayerl.

In the summer of 2011, the first album was produced in Hicktown Studios . Just Cause was released on January 16, 2012 under the label Hicktown Records and is available both physically and digitally from major providers. The 12 high-energy songs on her debut album combine rock genres such as britpop , metal riffs, punk rock or off-beats. Since 2009 they have been playing festivals and club shows all over Germany. Among other things, they have already been on stage in Munich's Backstage and Muffathalle and were the opening act for the English band Baddies . In summer 2012 they are on tour again and already booked for several festivals.
