Redcraving was a post-hardcore band from Berlin that emerged from a school band in 2004 and had been under contract with the German label Midsummer Records since 2008 . Stylistically, the band mixes elements of hardcore , metal and southern rock .
history
At the beginning Redcraving, which was founded under the name Katharsis (founding members: Manuel Kohlert, Alexander Kraatz and later Marius Funk) played Emocore . Her EP Lethargic, Way Too Late was released under Midsummer Records / Cargo Records and received reviews from Visions , Vampster , SLAM alternative music magazine , Fuze and Powermetal.de .
The group already gives concerts on a national level. She was seen with the American bands Dance Gavin Dance and Salt the Wound, among others. In 2012 their debut album Mirroring was released on Midsummer Records, which can also be downloaded from the band's website.
