carrier

The project is supported by the non-profit association redok eV based in Sulzbach-Rosenberg , with whose funds the offer is financed. This works independently of associations, parties or other organizations.

aims

As a goal, the employees cite a quote from Theodor W. Adorno , “To set up thinking and acting so that Auschwitz does not repeat itself, nothing similar happens.” Redok therefore not only criticizes right-wing extremists, but also everyone who interacts with them in any way work together: for example municipalities that rent halls to right-wing extremist parties such as the NPD and the DVU.

staff

In addition to the web portal www.redok.de , the members of the redok project team also work with other forms of publication, such as various newspapers and magazines, radio and lectures. Some authors of the redok team have also worked for other web projects with similar objectives, e.g. B. the view to the right or the earlier information service against right-wing extremism (IDGR).

Use of the content

Most of the content of redok, including complete articles, can be used freely according to the Creative Commons model .

Prices

On April 30, 2007, the association redok eV was recognized by the Alliance for Democracy and Tolerance as a prize winner in the nationwide competition “Active for Democracy and Tolerance 2006”.
