Redoubt
Redoute ( Reduta , Austrian: [ reˈdut ]; German, Swiss .: [ reˈduːtə ]; from French redoute for 'place of refuge') is an outdated common German term for a ball or a ballroom (“hall for dance events”) and a "Trapezoidal hill as part of a fortress", which has been preserved in different names.
