description

La Brévine village with Temple

From the outside, the church with its massive, neo - Romanesque front tower from 1891 and the post-Gothic nave appears as a simple hall church without a choir .

The interior is vaulted by a wooden barrel. In 1713 and 1729 oculi were installed in addition to the post-Gothic tracery windows , which were decorated with stained glass in the 20th and 21st centuries . The central pulpit dates from 1837, the organ from 1874. Due to the extreme cold in the region, the church has two independent heating systems.
