The Reformed Church Mitlödi is a baroque country church in Mitlödi in the canton of Glarus .

Building history

The hall church with the retracted choir was built in 1725. After fire damage to the tower, the tower helmet had to be replaced in 1952. The builder Johann Ulrich Grubenmann provided the church with an elegant pointed tower helmet with sweeping eyelashes .

Furnishing

The pulpit is from the construction period. The glass paintings by Friedrich Berbig were made in 1884, the decorative paintings in the interior around 1900. The organ with its classicist prospect from 1855 is well worth seeing .
