Oldřich Černík III government
The Czechoslovak government Oldřich Černík III , led by Prime Minister Oldřich Černík , was in office from September 29, 1969 to January 28, 1970. It followed the Oldřich Černík II government and was replaced by the Lubomír Štrougal I government .
Government formation, program
During the tenure of the Oldřich Černík II government , there were more intensive purges in the ranks of the reform politicians committed during the Prague Spring . This was also reflected in the newly formed third government of Černík, which started its business only nine months after the inauguration of the second government of Černík. Although one of the most popular reform politicians, Černík, remained in his post as prime minister, conservative forces moved up to the post of deputy prime minister and many ministers.
The division of ministries has changed compared to the previous term of office.
