Regina Röhner
Regina Röhner (born May 15, 1952 in Hohenstein-Ernstthal ) is a German writer.
Röhner completed vocational training with a high school diploma as a salesperson. She then studied mathematics and worked as an economist. In 1975 she began distance learning at the Leipzig Literature Institute, which she completed in 1978 and attended a special course there in 1982/83.
Since then she has been working as a freelance writer. From 1983 to 1989 she was a candidate for membership in the GDR Writers' Association. Röhner has been a member of the Saxon Writers' Association since 1990 and is also a member of the Friedrich-Bödecker-Kreis Sachsen and the Association of German Writers in the IG Medien .
She lives in the municipality of Bernsdorf in the district of Zwickau .
