Regine Winter

Regine Winter (* 1957 in Nienburg / Weser ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Life

Regine Winter initially did not pursue a legal education, but first studied social affairs at the Evangelical University of Applied Sciences in Hanover . She completed this degree in 1982 with a diploma as a social worker. After a short work at the Verden / Aller district and a stay in the USA, she studied law at the University of Bremen , where she also received her doctorate in 1997 . In 1996 Regine Winter began her career as a judge in Brandenburg , where she initially worked at the Cottbus Labor Court . From there she was first assigned to the Brandenburg State Labor Court and then from 2000 to 2001 as a research assistant to the Federal Labor Court . This was followed by a delegation to the Court of Justice of the European Communities as a legal clerk , where she last worked for Advocate General Verica Trstenjak . With effect from February 1, 2009, she was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court.
