The Northern China Regional Army ( Japanese 北 支那 方面軍 , Kita Shina hōmengun ) was one of the regional armies of the Imperial Japanese Army from 1937 to 1945 .
history
The Central China Regional Army was set up in Beijing on August 21, 1937 under the command of General Terauchi Hisaichi and was subordinate to the China Expeditionary Army , one of the main armies of the Imperial Japanese Army. It consisted of the 1st and 12th Armies , the Mongolian Garrison Army and several independent mixed brigades .
The Northern China Regional Army was disbanded in Beijing on August 15, 1945.
