Regula Limited is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank , in a tax haven - according to some sources on the Channel Island of Guernsey , according to other sources in Road Town , British Virgin Islands .
She became known in the context of the offshore leak . The Regula Limited was (according to research by Süddeutsche Zeitung and NDR ) used as a director at several letterbox companies, according to experts, in order to "promote the disguise of money flows and to encourage possible criminal offenses."
