The Bourbon Rose La Reine Victoria , and The Shell Rose , was of Labruyère / Joseph Schwartz in 1872 by Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland named (1819 to 1901).
The spherical, silky-pink, fragrant flowers of Reine Victoria are in clusters and continue to bloom until the end of the season in autumn. It grows about 1.50 m high and should be planted in good soil in an airy, slightly shady location.
A pearlescent sport from Reine Victoria is Madame Pierre Oger , Verdier, 1878.
