Reiner Claus Bingemer
Reiner Claus Bingemer , usually R. Claus Bingemer , (born April 26, 1926 ; † March 23, 2018 ) was a German insurance salesman and manager .
Bingemer was a co-founder (Hannover Finanz) and from 1966 a member of the board of the Hannover Re . From 1971 he was also a board member of E + S Rückversicherung AG. From 1979 to 1992 Chairman of the Board of Management of Hannover Re, one of the largest reinsurance companies in the world with headquarters in Hannover , and of E + S Rückversicherung AG. From 1987 to 1991 he was also a board member of HDI Haftpflichtverband der Deutschen Industrie . From 1992 to 1997 he was a member of the supervisory board of Hannover Re, and from 1993 to 2002 the supervisory board of E + S Rückversicherung AG.
He was also chairman of the advisory board of Dirk Rossmann GmbH for more than three decades .
