Reinhard Kindermann (born March 10, 1960 in Friedberg) is a former German soccer player . He spent most of his career at Eintracht Braunschweig , where he played 99 games in the Bundesliga from 1981 to 1985 and scored six goals.

Career

Kindermann's career began in 1975 in the youth department at FC Augsburg , where he moved from his hometown club TSV Friedberg. His sporting path led him straight from the A-Juniors to the 1978/79 round in the 2nd Bundesliga . There he was a regular player straight away. He came under the coaches Werner Sterzik and Hans Cieslarczyk at the side of the teammates Helmut Haller , Georg Beichle , Manfred Tripbacher and Armin Veh to 32 league games with two goals. However, the FCA relegated to the amateur camp. Under coach Heiner Schuhmann , the team from the Rosenaustadion immediately won the championship in the Bavarian League in 1979/80 and thus immediately returned to the 2nd Bundesliga. In the competition for the German amateur soccer championship in 1980 , the FCA only lost in the final against the amateurs of VfB Stuttgart.

The talent Kindermann followed his former FCA teammate Manfred Tripbacher to Lower Saxony and moved to the 1980/81 season for Eintracht Braunschweig . At Eintracht he got off to a good start again and immediately became a regular under coach Uli Maslo . In the same season he rose by winning the runner-up - he had played 40 games and scored two goals on the side of the striker Ronald Worm (38-30) - with Braunschweig in the Bundesliga . Kindermann got along well there too, but in his second season in the Bundesliga he only made 15 appearances. However, this changed again in the next season. In 1984/85 , Eintracht was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga and Kindermann left the club a year later.

He rejoined FC Augsburg , which was now in the Bayern League. Later Kindermann played again with Manfred Tripbacher for the BC Harlekin - a project of an arcade operator who wanted to bring his own club into higher-class football.

Reinhard Kindermann played a total of 99 Bundesliga games (six goals) and 97 second division games (eight goals). He returned to FC Augsburg for the 1986/87 round and after his playing career also worked as a coach at TSV Friedberg .
