Reinhard von Bendemann
Reinhard von Bendemann (born December 4, 1961 in Düsseldorf ) is a Protestant theologian and professor at the chair for New Testament and Judaism at the Ruhr University in Bochum .
Life
Reinhard von Bendemann studied Protestant theology, philosophy and Latin philology in Göttingen , Bern and Bonn . After the first theological exam, he completed his vicariate in Bad Neuenahr and was then pastor in Ahrweiler and Sankt Augustin-Menden from 1990 to 1994 . He worked from 1994 to 1999 as a research assistant to Michael Wolter and received his doctorate in theology in 1995. In 1999 he was granted the license to teach Protestant theology and was then deputy chair for the New Testament in Bonn and Kiel for two years. Since November 2008 Reinhard von Bendemann has been a full professor at the chair for New Testament and Judaism at the Ruhr University in Bochum.
