Rembrandtstrasse 6 in Pasing

The residential building at Rembrandtstrasse 6 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1901. The villa on Rembrandtstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey house was built by the architect Georg Niggl for the landscape painter Fritz Baer , which is why the house has a studio on the rear north side on the upper floor . At the front there is an antique wall fountain on the ground floor center axis.

In 1977/78 the house received a ground floor extension at the rear and the interior was partially redesigned.
