The residential building at Rembrandtstrasse 7 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1913. The villa on Rembrandtstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey house was built by the architect Bernhard Borst and expanded in 1921 by Feye Peins to include the right axis . At the beginning of 1945 the original gable roof over the eastern part of the house was destroyed by fire bombs. It was then repaired as a simple hipped roof.

A renovation in 1964 did not change the shape of the baroque building, but added an annex on the west side.
