Rembrandtstrasse 3
The residential building at Rembrandtstrasse 3 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1902/03. Half of a double villa with the number 1 on Rembrandtstrasse is a protected architectural monument .
description
The neo-Renaissance house was built according to plans by the architect Conrad Klinger , who was also the client . The two-storey house with a loft extension has an oriel tower with an onion hood . Before the construction of the Protestant parish house with kindergarten and apartments, the semi-detached house was adjacent to the Ascension Church . The stairwells are in the middle of the house on both sides of the fire wall . There is an apartment with a central corridor on each floor.
