Rembrandtstrasse 4
The residential building at Rembrandtstrasse 4 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1904. The semi-detached house with no. 2 on Rembrandtstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The house in the simple country house style was built by the carpenter Patriezius Sewald. The two-story building with dormer - risalit had one apartment per floor.
Rudolf Seitz
The art pedagogue and long-time President of the Academy of Fine Arts Rudolf Seitz lived in this house until his death in April 2001. The Rudi Seitz archive is now located in the former residential building.
