René Mourlon ( René Fernand Alexandre Mourlon ; born May 12, 1893 in Paris , † October 19, 1977 ibid) was a French sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912, he was eliminated over 100 m in the semi-finals and in the 4 x 100 meter relay in the preliminary run. In 1920 he won silver with the French team in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the Olympic Games in Antwerp and reached the quarter-finals over 100 meters. In 1924 in Paris he came in his third Olympic participation with the French quartet on the fifth place in the 4 x 100 meter relay and was eliminated in the individual competition in the quarter-finals.

In 1912 and 1922 he was national champion over 100 m; Runner-up in 1913, 1914, 1920 and 1925. He set his personal best over this distance of 10.8 s on July 16, 1922 in Colombes .

His younger brother André Mourlon was also successful as a sprinter.
