Renate friend
Renate Freund (born October 3, 1939 in Neuwied ) is a German writer . In addition to short stories, she also publishes poems.
life and work
Renate Freund was born in Neuwied am Rhein in 1939, the second oldest of five children . After completing her professional qualification as a shorthand clerk, she first worked as a clerk in purchasing for a medium-sized company. Until she retired, she worked in the technical department of a Marienhaus Clinic in Rhineland-Palatinate . After working as a specialist, Renate Freund developed her talent in the writing guild, preferably in the genres of short stories and poetry . Her interest in literature brought her to the written word herself. A first volume with twelve crime fiction short stories was published by Martin Werhand Verlag in August 2016 and is entitled The Last Dance . In January 2017, her poems were published in the evening peace anthology (100 poems). In the same year her volume of poetry Heaven was published in the poetry series 50 Sonnets by the same publisher. A third volume of poetry appeared in January 2018 in the MWV series 50 poems under the title Sinnpuppe . In December 2018 another volume was published in the poetry series 50 Sonnets under the title Glass Symphonies , and in addition, in the series 100 Sonnets by the band Sonnenouren . In December 2019, three further volumes of poetry by Renate Freund were published in the MWV. The sonnet volume Lichthoffnung in the series 50 Sonnette and the two volumes of poetry Winterruhe in the series 100 poems and Dorfidylle in the series 250 poems.
Renate Freund lives and works in Niederbieber , Rhineland-Palatinate.
