Emmanuel Renaut

Emmanuel Renaut (* 1968 in Soisy-sous-Montmorency near Paris ) is a French chef . In 2012 he received the “third star” of the Michelin Guide .

After his training in Paris he worked for the restaurant Les Ambassadeurs of the Paris luxury hotel Hôtel de Crillon with Christian Constant, then for the Auberge d'Eridan in Annecy with Marc Veyrat. He completed additional training as a pastry chef with Yves Thuriès. In London he was then head chef at Claridge's Hotel . In 2002 he opened his own restaurant in Megève in the Savoy Alps . He also runs a hotel and a cooking school there.

He received his first star in 2001 at the age of 33 and his second in 2006. In 2004 he won the Meilleur Ouvrier de France award .
