Reserved is a Polish textile trading company from Gdańsk , part of the LPP joint stock company . LPP has approximately 1,700 Reserved branches worldwide; these are mostly located in large shopping centers. LPP also includes the Tallinder, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay brands.
Company history
The joint stock company LPP was founded in 1991 under the name Mistral sp. z oo was founded in Gdansk and initially only imported goods from Asia . In 1995 the name was changed from Mistral sp. z oo changed to LPP , an acronym from L ubianiec , P iechocki and P artner. In 1998 the first Reserved branch opened in Poland . In 2001 LLP went to the Warsaw Stock Exchange ; then LPP began expanding into Central Europe .

- 1991 - Marek Piechocki and Jerzy Lubianiec found the joint stock company Mistral sp. z oo
- 1995 - Mistral sp. z oo in LPP
- 1997 - LPP officially opened its Shanghai office
- 1998 - the first Reserved branches open in Poland
- 2001 - LPP's first listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
- 2002 - Expansion of the Reserved brand to Estonia , the Czech Republic , Russia , Hungary and Latvia
- 2003 - expansion to Lithuania , Ukraine and Slovakia
- 2014 - Reserved opens its first branches in Germany and expands to Croatia
- 2017 - Reserved opens first store in England
Branch network
Reserved operates around 1,700 of its own stores worldwide and, according to its own information, employs over 20,000 people. There are 19 Reserved branches in Germany, including flagship stores in Munich, Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin.
