Resurrection Band , also known as the Rez Band or REZ , is a hard rock / blues band from Chicago , USA . You are among the best-known representatives of the Contemporary Christian Music scene, all members are part of the Jesus People .

Band history

REZ was founded in the early 1970s by Glenn Kaiser . In the early 1970s, their sound was reminiscent of bands like Led Zeppelin and Jefferson Airplane . In the 1980s they shifted to hard rock , similar to Van Halen's style . As one of the first in the contemporary Christian music scene, they released a music video that was also shown on MTV . In the 1990s, her music changed towards modern blues-rock.

The proclamation of her faith was always the focus of her publications and numerous live concerts, which also took her to Europe .

In July 2000, the band broke up due to the many other activities of the members. Singer and guitarist Glenn Kaiser founded the blues rock band Glenn Kaiser Band together with bassist Roy Montroy and drummer Ed Bialach .
