Reuben Meade (born March 7, 1954 ) is a montserrat politician and since September 10, 2009 acting Chief Minister of the island.

After graduating, Meade initially worked as a consultant before working as Development Director in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. On October 10, 1991, Meade was sworn in as Montserrat's fourth chief minister and held this office until November 13, 1996. From 1997 to 2006 he sat as opposition leader in parliament, before becoming minister for agriculture, land, housing and the environment from 2007 to 2009 was.

On September 8, 2009, Reuben Meade came as party leader of the Movement for Change and Prosperity in the early elections. His party achieved an absolute majority in parliament with six out of nine seats. On September 10, 2009, he was sworn in as the new Chief Minister. He replaced Lowell Lewis from the Montserrat Democratic Party .
