Revaz Inanischwili ( Georgian რევაზ ინანიშვილი * 20th December 1926 in Chaschmi (Kr Sagarejo). Georgia , † 26 December 1991 in Tbilisi ) was a Georgian narrator and scriptwriter . He wrote short stories for children and adults.

Life

Inanishvili was the son of an employee. From 1937 he lived in Tbilisi. He learned the locksmith trade and became a construction worker. From 1951 to 1956 he studied at the State University of Tbilisi and became editor of the magazine Nakaduli (Eng. 'Bach'). In 1966 he became editor of the state film studio Kartuli Filmi .

From 1953 he mainly wrote lyrical miniatures and film scenarios.

Awards

Inanishvili was awarded the Schota Rustaveli State Prize.
