Rhegnidas ( Greek  Ῥηγνίδας = who raises the voice ) was in Greek mythology the son of Phalkes , king of Sikyon . After his death he ascended the throne.

Rhegnidas led a campaign against Phlious . Most of the people of Phlious were ready to surrender and share the land with the Dorians . Hippasus and a few others did not want to surrender the land without a fight. Since they were outvoted by the majority, Hippasus left the country and went to Samos .

Rhegnidas is the last king of Sicyon to be mentioned in ancient literature. After the kings, the Karneen priests ruled over the city.
