The Rhein-Main-Center is an 84 meter high office tower in Frankfurt am Main . It is located in the Westend-Süd district on the south side of Bockenheimer Landstrasse . The building was built in 1969 and was then the second tallest building in the city after the Büro Center Nibelungenplatz (today City Gate ). In 1991 the house underwent a comprehensive renovation , in the course of which it received a facade in the style of postmodernism and a large-format clock with a round clock face in each of the two decorative gables.
