Rhenish art sites

Rheinische Kunststätten is a monographic series of publications published by the Rhenish Association for Monument Preservation and Landscape Protection (RVDL) from 1935 onwards . The issue of the series emerges from the title addition, series of publications for the preservation of monuments , the preservation of localities and art history , with which the volumes were partly provided. The most important Rhenish art sites are presented in detail in the individual issues . From 1952 (i.e. after the continuation of the series after National Socialism and World War II ) it was sometimes referred to as NF. The counting of their volumes shows strong irregularities.
