Ria Deppert

Ria Deppert ( 15. September 1927 - 21st October 2015 ) was a singer in the vocal range soprano and interpreter of Gospel songs and new songs clergy .

Life

Ria Deppert grew up in a Christian family in which the singing of sacred songs was cultivated. She later attended the St. Chrischona Bible School . After many years of office work, Deppert retrained to become a religion teacher in 1973.

In 1968 she released her first single on the Christian record label Frohe Message im Lied . Supported by the lead music producer, Margret Birkenfeld , she became the soprano of the Cantate Quartet , with which Ria Deppert also made successful releases. Invitations to numerous Christian events followed. In collaboration with the harpist Wilhelmine Bucherer , Deppert published a joint LP under the title Jesu, Meine Freude in the publishing house of the Schweizer Missionswerk Mitternachtsruf . She also appeared as a guest on several concept productions for the Hermann Schulte publishing house .
