Ricarda Mörz

Ricarda Mörz (* approx. 1994 in Altenstadt ) is a German martial artist . In 2018 she became European champion and two-time world champion in Tai Chi .

Life

Ricarda Mörz first came to Kung Fu through the fitness sports Zumba and Tae Bo , and later to shadow boxing Tai Chi. She trains with the Neu-Ulm club Chinese Kuoshu Institute (CKI).

In the spring of 2018, Mörz became the European champion in the Tai Chi form run in Prague . When she took part in a kung fu world championship for the first time, she also became world champion in two disciplines in the same year. At the US International Kuo Shu Championship Tournament in Hunt Valley near Baltimore in the US state of Maryland from July 27 to 29, 2018, she succeeded in winning gold medals in both the “Freestyle” and “Limited Steps” categories .

Mörz studied information management and corporate communication at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences and works as a marketing manager. In her free time she devotes herself to martial arts and making music.
