Ricardo Aldo Barreto Cairo (born July 7, 1968 in Panama ) is a Panamanian-Venezuelan clergyman and appointed Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Caracas .

Life

Ricardo Aldo Barreto Cairo came to Venezuela at the age of five and received Venezuelan citizenship in 1985. He received on 15 August 1998, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 17 September 2019 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Badiae and auxiliary bishop in Caracas.
