Riccardo Bellotti (born August 5, 1991 in Vienna ) is an Italian - Austrian tennis player .

Career

Riccardo Bellotti, who was born in Vienna, played for Austria at the beginning of his career. In November 2009 he changed associations and started immediately for Italy. On the professional tour, he mainly competes on the ITF Future Tour and ATP Challenger Tour . There he is particularly successful on the third-rate Future Tour, on which he has already won 28 singles and two doubles titles. In 2017 Bellotti played more tournaments on the Challenger Tour, but was not yet able to celebrate any successes.

Bellotti came to Istanbul in 2017 for his premiere on the ATP World Tour . He prevailed in the qualification against Andrés Molteni and Laurynas Grigelis and made his first entry into the main field of the individual competition. There he lost his opening match against Rogério Dutra da Silva in three sets. With this success he made it into the top 200 of the world rankings with a 199th place.
