Riccardo Ferri (born August 20, 1963 in Crema ) is a former Italian football player who played as a defender.

Career

Riccardo Ferri won the UEFA Cup twice in his career in 1991 and 1994 and between 1986 and 1992 played 45 games for the Italian national football team . In the 15 seasons that he played in the Italian Serie A, he scored a total of eight own goals and thus holds the record for the most own goals by a player in the top Italian division. He played 13 years with Inter Milan and two years at Sampdoria , always in Serie A .
