Richard Dunthorne
Richard Dunthorne (* 1711 , † March 3, 1775 ) was an English astronomer and surveyor .
Richard Dunthorne worked in Cambridge as an astronomical and scientific assistant for Roger Long and for many years as an appraiser in Fens . The moon crater Dunthorne is named after him.
