Richard Piechutta
Richard Piechutta (born April 5, 1944 in Katowice , Upper Silesia ) is a former German - Polish ice hockey coach .
Career
During his career as a coach, Piechutta worked for the Herner EV , with whom he made promotion to the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga in the 1982/83 season , and then for TuS Geretsried from the second division. For the 1988/89 season he then moved to EC Kassel and was responsible for restructuring the team after the club had to file for bankruptcy a year earlier and withdrew from the second division to the top division.
