Richard Plehn

Richard Plehn (born October 30, 1823 in Kopitkowo, West Prussia , † 1882 ) was a German manor owner and member of parliament.

Life

Richard Plehn studied at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In 1845 he became a member of the Normannia Corpsland Team . After graduating, he became the owner of the Morroschin manor near Pelplin . From 1863 to 1870 Plehn sat for three legislative periods for the constituency of Danzig 2 (city and district of Danzig) in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the faction of the German Progressive Party .
