Richard Wagner (politician, 1914)

Richard Wagner (born February 21, 1914 in Roßhaupt, today Rozvadov , † September 15, 1979 ) was a German politician ( CSU ) and high school professor .

Life

Wagner attended elementary school, the humanistic grammar school and the university. During the Second World War he was a company commander, was seriously wounded three times and was a prisoner of war . After his release he found his new place of residence in Regensburg and worked as a high school professor. He was a founding member of the Ackermann community and the Union of Expellees . For the CSU, of which he was district chairman from 1960 to 1965, he sat for a few years on the city council and from 1962 to 1974 in the Bavarian state parliament . Most recently he was a member of this as a directly elected member of the Regensburg-Stadt constituency and as secretary.
