The Riedsee near Biblis , also called Kärcher-Surfsee , is part of the local recreation area of the municipality of Biblis in Hesse and is located south of the state road L3261 between Biblis and Wattenheim, surrounded by farmland. The lake is known nationwide as a surfing and recreational lake with a wide range of water sports . The shore zone in the area of the beach bar is flat. From here you can also swim in the water. There is no lifeguard, so bathing is at your own risk. In addition, gravel is actively mined here.
