The Rifugio Monte Bianco (also Rifugio Monte Bianco CAI-UGET ) is a refuge in the Aosta Valley in the Graian Alps . It is located at an altitude of 1700  m in the Val Veny side valley within the municipality of Courmayeur on the area called La Fodze . The hut is open from the beginning of December to the end of March and from mid-June to mid-September, and during this time it offers sleeping places for 71 mountaineers.

The refuge can be reached by car. Alternatively, the Rifugio Monte Bianco can be reached within 30 minutes from the Bivio Plan Ponquet car park .

history

The refuge was built in 1952. The last renovation of the building took place in 2003.
