Rikard Sundén
Rikard Sundén (born May 5, 1980 in Falun ) is a Swedish guitarist and music producer. He achieved fame as a founding member of the heavy metal band Sabaton . He is currently the guitarist of Civil War , which works in the same genre.
Life
In 1999 Sundén founded the band Aeon together with Joakim Brodén , Pär Sundström , Oskar Montelius and Richard Larsson, which was quickly renamed “Sabaton”. In 2012, Sundén and Montelius separated from Brodén and Sundström, along with the members Daniel Mullback and Daniel Mÿhr, who had since joined them. The two guitarists were replaced by Thorbjörn Englund and Chris Rörland . After an initiative by Nils Patrik Johansson, he founded the band Civil War with him and Stefan "Pizza" Eriksson. For this band Sundén was also active as the producer of the EP Civil War and the album The Killer Angels .
