Rikarudo Higa ( Japanese 比 嘉 リ カ ル ド , Higa Rikarudo ; born May 4, 1973 in the Campinas ) is a former Japanese football player with Brazilian roots.

Career

He signed his first contract with Rio Branco EC in 1992 . In 1998 he moved to the Japanese club Yaita SC . In 1999 he moved to the second division club Albirex Niigata . For the club he completed 34 games.

In 2003 he was naturalized and was therefore also eligible for the Japanese national team. He qualified for the 2004 and 2008 Futsal World Cup with the Japanese national futsal team . Higa was appointed to the Japanese national beach soccer team in 2009 and was used at the 2009 Beach Soccer World Cup .
